There are three levels of Travel Design to choose from: Quick Book Travel, Detailed Trip Design, and an Annual Travel Design Membership.  When it comes to LUXURY TRAVEL, Sarah Katherine has the knowledge, experience and connections needed to create lasting memories and stories that will be passed down for generations.

Quick Design

  • Assistance with booking a single hotel, resort, cruise or flight that you’ve already selected

  • Provide extra amenities when available 

  • Communicate requests to the hotel or cruise line

  • Provide payment reminders

  • Facilitate concierge connections (dining, spa, etc.)

  • Provide Travel Insurance information

  • Advising on all travel-related questions

Detailed Trip Design

$500 +

  • Destination and activity research

  • Manage booking of accommodations, transportation, transfers, and touring

  • Work with concierge to secure additional reservations (dining, spa, etc.)

  • Provide extra amenities and special perks

  • Communicate preferences and special requests to the hotel or cruise line

  • Provide payment reminders and travel documents

  • Provide detailed itinerary accessible online and through an app

  • Provide travel insurance quotes

  • Monitor entry requirements (if applicable)

  • Personal consultations on all travel-related questions

Annual Membership

$5000

This exclusive service is for the bespoke traveler who takes more than 6 vacations per year.  The membership fee will be paid on an annual basis. 


In addition to the Detailed Travel Design services, you will also have the following:

  • Unlimited annual design services*

  • Design service priority

  • Dedicated membership line

  • Priority access to exclusive offers

  • Personal one-on-one, virtual consultations with select elite tour destination specialists during exploration phase
